Your AwardSpring homepage can be modified by going to the Settings tab and then selecting the Appearance tab. It may be necessary to clear your cache before your browser reflects the updated homepage settings. You can also check your updated homepage from an incognito window. Why doesn't the number of applicants on my dashboard match the number of students in the Student Answers report?
Here is a breakdown of the various applicant counts on your dashboard and your Student Answers report:
- The 'Applicants' count on your dashboard includes all applicants who have logged in during the current cycle. These applicants may not have started the application.
- The 'Completed' count on your dashboard includes all applicants that have completed the general application.
- The Student Answers report includes all applicants that answered at least one general application question. The 'General Application Submitted' column can be filtered to Yes for complete applications and No for incomplete applications. Click here to learn more about the Dashboard tab.
