Hooray! You can customize the email that applicants receive once they've submitted their general application.
Once you click on the Emails tab in the main navigation menu, you'll be taken to the Templates section. Here select the Application Received template.
You'll notice that you can alter the Name of your template (only visible to you), and the Subject of your template (visible to recipients).
From there, just like with regular emails, you can customize your message! We strongly encourage you to use the toolbar that is available.
