When an Additional Requirement Question is re-used across scholarships, the applicant's response to that question is shared.
The below GIF provides a brief visual example of how this works from the applicant's perspective. In this example, the applicant qualifies for both the Arts Scholarship and the Merit-Based Art Scholarship. Both require an art portfolio upload. The applicant uploads their art portfolio first to the Arts Scholarship and then returns to their dashboard. The applicant clicks on the Merit-Based Art Scholarship and sees that their art portfolio has been automatically attached. They simply have to click Submit Application to apply for the second scholarship.
