New Feature: Multi-Panel Review
We’re excited to introduce Multi-Panel Review (MPR), a powerful enhancement to the review process that allows scholarship administrators to design more flexible workflows.
With Multi-Panel Review, you can now structure your review process in multiple stages. The Finalists Advance mode allows you to create an initial vetting phase before moving selected applicants forward for deeper evaluation.
This streamlines the process, supports fairer decision-making, and helps reviewers focus their time where it matters most.
⚙️ We'll be enabling MPR in the coming days - but if you're interested in using it right away please let us know. Keep an eye out for webinars to join to learn more about how to use this new feature.
Notable Fixes
- The Award/Deny screen now includes a "Review Summary" section, displaying Score Card information along with Reviewer Notes.
- Smart Reports now include more data points — custom scholarship fields have been added to the "About Scholarships" section.
- In Stock Reports > Reviewer Score Detail by Group, a new data point has been added: Reviewer Notes.
- On the Award/Deny screen, we fixed an issue where additional columns and filters were not being copied across cycles.
- Fixed an issue in the "Duplicate Scholarship" feature where qualification options were not copied over (this only applied to individual duplication; bulk copying was not affected).
