Is it possible to update GPAs/financial data for students with the information we have in our student information system (SIS)?
Yes. AwardSpring can receive updated student data from your Student Information System (SIS), but the process depends on whether you have an SIS integration.
- If you have purchased an SIS integration and receive automated data files, updates must be made through your integration process. This typically involves reviewing or updating the automated file being sent to AwardSpring. Customers with integrations do not have access to the Import tab for manual uploads.
- If you do not have an SIS integration, you can manually import updated student data through the Import tab in AwardSpring. Imported files must follow the required formatting and import guidelines.

How can I access a copy of today's exception report?
You can head to {domainname}.awardspring.com/Admin/HelpCenter/lastimport to download the original exception from from the Import Summary page.
*Make sure to update the {domainname} with your own before heading to the page. Your domain name is the first part of your site's URL.
