Progress Tracking
How can I keep track of reviewer progress?
The best way to track reviewer progress is to download the "Reviewer Assignment and Progress" report under Reports > Stock Library.
Configuration
Can reviewers leave notes?
Reviewers can leave notes per applicant in the scorecard section of an application.
How can I blind/hide questions from reviewers?
Questions can be blinded from reviewers in the Review > Blinding tab. You can go to the Review tab, click on a review group, go to the Blinding tab, and blind questions by selecting them from the Add Question dropdown. Alternatively, you can click Blind All to blind all questions and then click Make Visible for questions that should be visible to reviewers.
How can I prevent a specific applicant or applicants from being included in the review process or in the "pool" for a specific review group?
To make an applicant ineligible for review, you can change their status to 'award' or 'deny' in the Award and Deny tab of the scholarship. Alternatively, you can click 'Deny on Group Scholarships' on the Review Group > Applicants tab to deny the applicant and exclude them from the review pool in that group.
Does AwardSpring have tiered reviewing/how can I do a tiered review in AwardSpring?
AwardSpring does not currently have a tiered reviewing feature. Please reach out to our Support team (support@awardspring.com) to discuss the best solution for your specific review needs.
Troubleshooting
Why can't my reviewers see their assignments?
Reviewers most likely cannot see their assignments for the following reasons:
- The award cycle has ended. The award cycle can be extended from the Settings > Award Cycles tab.
- The reviewer has not been added to a review group or does not have assigned applicants.
There is no score card configured for the group.
