Navigate to Settings and select the Award Cycles tab.
Expand an award cycle and locate the Renewable Payments Schedule section, then click on 'Add Payment' to create a payment.
You will be prompted to give it a title and to choose a date. Select future dates that align with the dates you plan to disburse the payment to the student.
AwardSpring will generate a Renewable Follow-Up item on the student's dashboard 30 days prior to these dates. In your Admin view, you will locate these items in the Follow Ups tab.
Note: You do not need to set a date for the initial award payment; this payment is not considered renewable. The number of payment dates should be one less than the greatest number of payments on a given scholarship. For example, if you have a scholarship that is a four-year award, paid in eight installments, you should add seven renewable payments here. If you have a scholarship that is not renewable from year to year, but is paid in two installments, you should add one renewable payment here.
