To access a student's record, head to the Users tab > locate their account and select it.
All student users have the same tabs under their account:
- Account tab
- User Activity tab
- Scholarships tab
- Application tab
Account tab
Under the Account tab, you'll find basic user details such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address.
Note: If you have SIE integration you will see a Student ID field on this page. If you have SSO and SIE integration you will see StudentID and Username fields.
- You can also view when the user last logged in and if they have a prospective student account.
- Additionally, you can impersonate the user by selecting the 'Impersonate User' button.
- On this tab you can also send the user a password reset link if needed.
- You can choose to delete the user's account by selecting 'Delete User'.
Note: This action is permanent.
User Activity tab
Under the User Activity you'll be able to locate any emails that you've sent to the user. This includes emails sent using the Award and Deny templates as well as any custom emails sent from the Emails > Compose tab.
Once you expand the email, you will see the contents of it and more details (example: the date when the email was sent).
Additionally, you will find any awards the user received. It will specify which scholarship they were awarded, the award amount and the date and time they were awarded.
This tab will also display a confirmation of the General Application submission email that is sent to the user automatically. Details of which cycle they submitted the application for will be displayed as well as the date and time when they submitted their application.
Scholarships tab
Under the Scholarships tab, you'll see a list of all of the scholarships in your current award cycle.
- Under the Award column, a total awarded amount distributed to the student will populate for each scholarship they were awarded.
Note: If blank, that indicates that they were not distributed any amounts for the scholarship.
- Under the Score column, a total score will populate for the user that was completed by your Reviewers.
Note: If the score is not present, that means that the applicant was not scored yet.
- Under the Status column, the user's qualification status for every scholarship will be displayed if they successfully submitted their application.
Note: If blank, that indicates that they did not submit their application yet.
- Under the Action column, you can easily Award or Deny the applicant for each scholarship.

Manually applying an applicant to a scholarship can be done on this page by clicking the 'Apply' button next to a scholarship. This action will cause them to appear on the Award and Deny tab of the scholarship.
Note: This action is permanent. To ensure that it fits your needs, please reach out to Support for more details before proceeding.
- By clicking on the Expand button on a scholarship, you will be able to view matching qualification details for the applicant. Every scholarship will have the qualification group(s) listed, specifying the applicant's response and their matching status.
Red - indicates that they did not match on a qualification or on the entire group of qualifications.
Blue - indicates that they matched on a qualification or on the entire group of qualifications.
- Using the Award Cycle drop down menu, you can navigate to past cycles to view the same scholarship details for the applicant.
- Using the Filter dropdown menu, you're able to select specific qualification statuses for the applicant to view scholarships that matches the chosen status.
Application tab
Under the Application tab, you can view the user's entire application (questions and answers).
The status of every section of the application will be marked either 'Completed' or 'In Progress'.
You can navigate to past award cycles via the drop down menu here as well, to view the user's application for the chosen cycle (if started/submitted).
If the applicant did not start their application it will state so.
