Administrators can manually apply applicants to scholarships.
Note: By manually applying an applicant to a scholarship, any qualifications and additional requirement questions attached to the scholarship are overridden or bypassed. The applicant will therefore not be required to complete any additional requirement questions outlined on the scholarship, and they will be included in the list of applicants seen by reviewers despite this (unless they are marked as 'denied' by an administrator in advance). Know that this action is permanent; once an applicant has been manually applied to a scholarship they will remain as part of the applicants list and cannot be removed.
To manually apply an applicant, click on the Users tab, locate the applicant's account and click to open it.
Click on the Scholarships tab on their account page. Search the scholarship list to find the scholarship to which the applicant needs to be applied and click the 'Apply' button.
The applicant has now been manually applied to the scholarship.
If you'd like to confirm this, select the scholarship and click on the Award and Deny tab.
To apply the student to a scholarship from a past cycle, use the Award Cycle dropdown menu to select the past cycle first, then proceed to repeat the steps above.
